Contracts.

Three contracts, deployed one at a time from the owner's wallet, none upgradeable, none with an admin: CLADE, the Habitat (placed through the standard CREATE2 deployer so its address ends in its permissions, 0x20CC), and the Ecology. The owner can initialize the pool and open trading, once each; after that it can only receive the hook's 1%.

Markets

Market making loses to simply holding in a steady rise: a treasury that keeps turning keeps selling CLADE on the way up. Scores carry market noise, so selection is slow, and its measured gain is small.

Keepers

A tenth of the ether fees pays a turn only when the pool is busy. In a quiet pool somebody has to turn the wheel for nothing, and the census pays nobody. If nobody turns it, the treasury stays where it was last put.

Everything else

The nursery holds 32 proposals and takes one a day. An exact-input buy pays its 1% on the ether it names, even if a price limit fills less. "Census" counts censuses held, not calendar days. The contracts are not audited.
