The Uniswap app cannot route a pool whose hook takes its fee in ether, so this page sends the trade to Uniswap's Universal Router itself. Every swap pays the pool's 1% LP fee and the Habitat's 1% of the ether side. The quote below counts both.

Before you sign: in your wallet click the fee, then Advanced, and set the priority fee to 0.05 gwei. A sale needs two permissions first, for Permit2 and the router; the page asks for each once.
The pool
A buy walks the price up through the commons and the treasury's ask, so a large one pays more per token than a small one. The treasury's bid below the price buys back what holders sell.
